Blooming Buckeyes in Kiev

Finally made it to Kiev,  everything is blooming.  Everyday, I can't wait to get outside.  Local buckeyes the are the best ones.  These are European kind Aesculus hippocastanum.  The whole city used to be full of them, until 20 years ago dirty capitalists started cutting all the trees down in order to make space for billboards and beer kiosks.

Benches near my flat complex

More flowering bushes:  this time it is Lilac or Syringa vulgaris

More Buckeyes

Some old garages and abandoned pigeon house. Pigeon keeping was very popular here
